What You'll Be Doing:
- Power washing commercial kitchen exhaust systems – hoods, ducts, fans, filters, and more
- Setting up each job: ladders (yes, extension ladders), plastic sheeting, tools, and cleanup
- Using pressure washers, vacuums, and hoses like a pro
- Keeping things safe, clean, and on schedule
- Talking with customers and ensuring every job ends with a thumbs up
- Occasionally installing rooftop grease traps or exhaust accessories

What You’ll Need:
- Required: At least 1 year of recent night shift manual labor experience (not driving or delivery)
- Required: At least 1 year in a physically demanding job (construction, warehouse, landscaping, etc.)
- Preferred: 1+ year experience in hood cleaning or similar work
- Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record
- Comfortable with night shifts and early start times
- Okay with heights and ladder work (including extension ladders)
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs regularly
