Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Pultrusion Machine Operators to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring pultrusion manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality composite materials. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating industrial equipment, and working a consistent 4-day schedule with 3 days off every week, we want to hear from you!
Duties
- Set up, operate, and maintain pultrusion machinery and auxiliary equipment.
- Monitor machine parameters (temperature, pull speed, resin baths, and tension) to ensure optimal production quality.
- Load raw materials, including fiber rovings, mats, and resin mix, into the production line.
- Inspect finished product for dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, and cosmetic defects.
- Troubleshoot basic process and machine issues during production runs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Complete daily production logs and report any equipment maintenance needs.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
