Sales Representative Role – Job Overview:
Become a key player in a team focused on crafting and executing direct door-to-door sales strategies in targeted neighborhoods. Including Back to School College Rush Boston! You’ll be armed with product knowledge, handouts, giveaways and amazing customer pricing. Your Daily Work Involves:
Your typical work involves cold knocking doors using a provided knock list of addresses and working outside/inside events or at tables in multi-dwelling buildings.
- This position requires the ability to meet certain physical requirements, including but not limited to:
- Walking and Standing for extended periods
- Lifting up to 20 lbs.
· Walking & Pitching: Knocking on doors cold and pitching the offer directly to the decision-maker.
· Building Relationships: Following up with your customers to scout out new referrals, earning trust, and setting callback appointments.
· Placing Orders & Driving Volume: Using our online order tool or our order entry hotline while right at the door to lock in the sale/order schedule
What We Look For:
· Sales or Hustle Experience: Experience in delivery door-to-door sales, or retail is great—but a refusal to give up closing a deal is what really matters.
· Comfort with Cold Pitching: You do not take "no" personally. You are comfortable pitching to get the win.

Job Type: These are 1099 independent Sales Rep positions, Full-time, Part-time,
(also Temp for college back to school timeframe, and part time weekend options)
This role offers a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts. We are flexible but the more you get out there the more sales you close the more you can earn (paid on installed sales)
Must work back to college peak sept 1, through 12 PRIME SALES WEEK including Labor Day weekend and Labor day Monday.
