Unarmed Security Officer – Construction Site Patrol (Overnight)

BKS Security is currently hiring Part-Time, Full-Time, and Temporary Security Officers for an overnight construction site security assignment in Aurora, Colorado.
This is not a warm-body position. We are looking for dependable individuals who can work independently, follow post orders, and show up ready to work every shift.
Available Shifts
Overnight availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the construction site
- Monitor for trespassing, theft, vandalism, and safety concerns
- Control access to the property
- Complete detailed incident and activity reports
- Communicate with supervisors and client representatives as needed
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and suspicious activity
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Smartphone capable of running company applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Security experience preferred but not required
- Military, law enforcement, or construction site experience is a plus
Schedule Requirements
- Must be willing to work nights
- Must be willing to work weekends
- Must be willing to work holidays
- Must be willing to work during rain, snow, cold temperatures, and other adverse weather conditions
- Additional shifts may be available based on performance and company needs
