Join our growing landscaping team as a Lawn Care Worker. We’re looking for a dependable, safety-focused professional with hands-on experience operating zero-turn mowers, weed whackers, and truck & trailer driving. You’ll perform quality-cutting, property maintenance, and basic equipment upkeep to keep clients’ lawns healthy and attractive.
Key Duties:
- Mow lawns using zero-turn mowers to industry standards (straight lines, even cut, clean edges)
- Trim and edge with string trimmers/weed whackers around beds, sidewalks, fences, and structures
- Load/unload, secure, and drive truck with trailer to and from job sites
- Hand-clean debris, blow clippings from hard surfaces, and perform basic landscape cleanup
- Inspect, perform routine maintenance, and report equipment issues (blade sharpening, fuel, oil)
- Communicate professionally with customers and supervisors about job status and site needs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy work area
Requirements:
- Prior lawn care/landscaping experience; proven operation of zero-turn mowers and string trimmers
- Valid driver’s license and experience driving pickup truck with trailer
- Able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in varied weather, and stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions with attention to detail
- Basic equipment maintenance skills and safe operation knowledge
- Good communication and customer-service skills
