Inside Sales / Customer Service
Support sales to improve their productivity by inputting bids, preparing reports, coordinating with other teams, and handling assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Receive bid requests from outside sales reps, input project details into the CRM software, review blueprints, and schedule estimates to be completed.
- Conduct brief reviews of quotes, then forward them to sales team for distribution to customers.
- Work with the outside sales team for lead generation.

Ensuring continuity of sales operations by covering for RSM’s during vacations or other absences and assisting with open territories as required.

Assist with contract receipt, review and filing.
- Perform an initial assessment of orders to verify the presence and accuracy of all required information and documents.

Assuming primary responsibility for the management of several key accounts.

Communicate on a regular basis with Market Manager
Qualifications:
Required:
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Ability to manage and monitor the bid process daily.

Effective communication both in written and verbal form
-
Organized and ability to prioritize well.

Ability to travel occasionally to see customers and outside sales reps

Capable of handling difficult customers with professionalism

Willingness to relocate if needed and have the ambition to advance into a Regional Sales Manager position.
Preferred:

4 Year College Degree in Applicable Field

Inside or Outside Sales Experience

Salesforce experience
