Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all areas.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards and safety regulations.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents effectively to achieve optimal results.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques.
- Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment with proper technique to prevent injury.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation best practices.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents and their appropriate use for different surfaces.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Physical stamina for outdoor work experience and heavy lifting tasks as needed.
- Excellent client communication skills to ensure satisfaction and address any special requests or concerns.
