Customer Engagement Specialist Location: Hybrid - Minneapolis, MN | Up to 20% travel required

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and qualify incoming leads by working directly with the field sales team.
· Set appointments with potential clients via phone, email, and text to support the sales cycle.
· Engage with customers and prospects to upsell products and services, ensuring customer needs are met.
· Provide outstanding sales support and customer service through various channels (email, phone, text).
· Assist in tracking and maintaining lead data in the CRM system, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
· Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on lead nurturing and conversion.
· Travel up to 20% for trade shows, conferences, and selling events to support product demonstrations and engage with potential customers.
· Handle post-sales follow-up and customer inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.
· Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications/Skills:
· 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or related roles.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite or similar) and lead management.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
· Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work well independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
· Comfortable with up to 20% travel for events and trade shows.
· Familiarity with the healthcare or dental industry is a plus, but not required.
