Job Summary
We are seeking a clinical professional (Medical Assistant, CNA, LPN, or similar) to join our team as a Compression & Mastectomy Fitter. This role focuses on direct patient care, fittings, and education for specialized medical garments and post-surgical products.
No prior fitting experience is required—we will train and certify the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Perform patient fittings for compression garments and mastectomy products
- Provide education and support to patients on product use and care
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and referral sources
- Accurately document patient interactions and product selection
- Assist with insurance verification and coverage guidelines
- Manage patient follow-ups and maintain strong relationships
- Maintain organization of fitting areas and product inventory
Qualifications
- Clinical experience preferred (Medical Assistant, CNA, LPN, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and comfortable learning insurance processes
- Professional, compassionate approach to patient care
- Basic computer skills required
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in women’s health, oncology, physical therapy, or DME
- Experience with insurance verification or medical documentation
