What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up, stock, and maintain your station before and during service
- Ensure food is prepared accurately and efficiently
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Keep the kitchen organized and stocked throughout each shift
- Work closely with fellow kitchen team members to ensure smooth service
- Assist with receiving deliveries, storage, and general kitchen organization
- Contribute to a positive, team-first kitchen culture

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
- Food prep and knife skills are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
