Position Title : Clinical Manager/Program Data Manager

Maryland Family Resource, Inc. is an accredited outpatient mental health center that provides a continuum of mental health & rehabilitation services for children, adolescents, & adults with psychiatric disorders in Prince George's County, MD and DC. Job Summary:
The primary assignment for this clinical role will be managing the training, supervision, and data collection for a school-based evidence-based intervention for elementary school students and their families. Responsible for the operational oversight of programs. Including the overall delivery and provision of clinic and community-based services. Ensuring compliance under all applicable jurisdictional regulations. Ensuring that the day-to-day responsibilities of supervisees are adequately being met. Participates in Managers' Meetings with Executive Team. Participates in clinical meetings. Provides clinical support and coverage of the clinic.
Responsibilities and Standards of Performance:
- Recruits, hires and trains newly hired staff, in addition to determining, planning and implementing necessary and required training for staff on a regular basis.
- Administratively and clinically supervises staff/interns in assigned programs and the OMHC.
- Provides weekly and monthly program statistics.
- Reviews and approves documentation.
- Submit all clinical and billing documentation for consumers assigned in timely manner according to the guidelines established by the OMHC.
- Develop individualized service/treatment plans for program consumers.
- Meets regularly with CEO to discuss program status, philosophy and objectives, management problems, public relations and other relevant issues on a regular basis.
- Communicates with consumers, family members, and or legal guardians to manage inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Provides on-site evening clinical coverage.
- Supports continuous quality improvement.
- Annually updates or contributes to assigned aspects of the strategic plan and policies and procedures.
- Manages the integration of measurement -based care and systems to measure clinical outcomes.
- Maintains a Maryland license (mandatory) and & DC license (preferred) in good standing at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor to meet the needs of the agency.
- Works within the context of Maryland Family Resource, Inc.’s Vision, Mission and Philosophy in order to support the agency and the consumers in achieving their goals.

Education/Training:
- Master’s degree in social work or psychology, or equivalent degree.
- Licensed in Maryland as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Psychologist AND Licensed in DC as a Psychologist, Licensed Independent Social Worker Clinical, or Licensed Professional Counselor
Experience:
(3) years of supervisory experience conducting diagnostic evaluations, providing individual and family therapy and preparing treatment plans.
- MD Board-approved supervisor is preferred
- LCSW-C or LCPC licensure is preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
Other Requirements:
- Evening coverage on one evening required (until 7 PM)
- The start date for this position is expected before the opening of the new school year

Pay: $78,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
