Job Description
This position provides support for daily clinic activities, assisting in examination and treatment of patients including all medical emergencies under direction of medical provider. Principle duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Gives injections, draws blood and performs routine laboratory tests
- Operates electrocardiograph (EKG) and other equipment to administer routine diagnostic testing.
- Prepares treatment rooms for cleanliness and stock.
- Does patient intake (weight, height, vital signs).
- Basic X-ray License
- EMR Knowledge
- Cleans and sterilizes instruments.
- Ability to assist with all medical emergencies.
- Other duties as assigned.
12 hour shift for Medical assisting & 12 hour shift for FD needed (cross trained)
Minimum 1 year experience
BMO License required**must have**
Certification for MA a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
