What You'll Do
As a Sales & Customer Experience Associate, you will play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our customers while supporting the daily operations of the store.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with fine jewelry purchases and special orders
- Helping customers with jewelry repair intake and pickup
- Building long-term customer relationships through outstanding service
- Learning about jewelry, gemstones, and our services to confidently assist customers
- Performing basic watch services such as battery replacements and band adjustments
- Processing transactions and maintaining customer records using our point-of-sale system
- Receiving and organizing shipments
- Assisting with inventory management and merchandising displays
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
- Supporting various administrative and operational tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
We believe great customer service skills are more important than jewelry experience. Ideal candidates may come from:
- Retail sales
- Hospitality
- Customer service roles
- Banking
- Other relationship-focused environments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable learning new technology and software
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a small business environment
Jewelry experience is welcome but not required. We provide training for the right person.
