Hollywood Blooms is a Los Angeles florist growing its event, wedding, corporate and brand-partnership business. We’re hiring a hungry, organized Event Sales & Outreach Representative to open doors and bring in new floral clients.
What you’ll do
- Research and build daily prospect lists of wedding planners, event venues, production companies, restaurants, hotels, corporate offices, realtors, photographers, creators, PR agencies and local brands.
- Reach out through email, Instagram DMs, calls and follow-ups to introduce Hollywood Blooms and book conversations or quotes.
- Find upcoming weddings, private events, pop-ups, shoots, launches and corporate gifting opportunities.
- Maintain a simple pipeline so every lead receives thoughtful follow-up.
- Work with the owner to turn qualified conversations into proposals, floral orders and long-term partners.
- Represent a premium local flower brand with clear, friendly communication.
What we’re looking for
- Comfortable with cold outreach and genuinely excited by sales.
- Strong written English; confident, warm communicator on calls and DMs.
- Self-directed, persistent, organized and motivated by results.
- Experience with event/wedding outreach, local B2B sales, hospitality, agency work or partnerships is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Los Angeles events market is a plus.
Compensation
- $20–$25 per hour, plus commission / performance bonuses for each new client or order you help bring in.
- Flexible part-time schedule; remote-friendly.
- Results-driven role: a clear target list and process, with rewards for converted outreach.
