Position: Assistant Service Manager
Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a well spoken individual to assist the Service Manager with daily Administrative duties, acting as a customer service advocate and writing a small portion of RO's. This position is not a Service Advisor position. Managing and coaching others, leading by example and routinely training with the Service Advisors and Service Manager will be needed.
Income: 90K-100K Annually (Base + Comission on Labor Gross Profit)
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a service advisor OR 3+ years as a technician
- CDJR experience is greatly preferred but not required
- World Class customer service skills
- Excellent Typing Skills
- Highly Proficient Computer Literacy
- Disciplined in following procedure without supervision
- Detail oriented
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to read the situation and adjust accordingly
- Consistent high performing sales/customer satisfaction scores
- Ability to work Saturday rotation
