Participate in snow operations during winter months, keeping properties safe when needed.
A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work outdoors in all seasons, and handle the demands of construction work.
A valid drivers license or the ability to obtain one before starting.
Experience with construction, landscaping, or using equipment is a plusbut were willing to train motivated individuals.
A commitment to safety, teamwork, and getting the job done right.
