Child family daycare Assistant (Part-Time → Full-Time)

Position Overview:
Seeking a reliable, proactive childcare assistant for a structured, high-quality childcare program. This is a hands-on role supporting daily operations, child supervision, and learning activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise multiple children (including infants and toddlers) at all times
- Assist with daily routines (meals, diapering, nap time, transitions)
- Engage children in structured activities and age-appropriate projects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the day
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children (preferred in group settings)
- Hands-on, energetic, and attentive
- Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative
- Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- CPR/First Aid certification
