What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Be the Local Expert: As a Verizon Associate, you’ll be meeting potential customers face-to-face to show them how Verizon 5G Home can make their daily lives easier (and more affordable!).
- Guide the Journey: You’ll walk customers through the entire process—from that first "hello" to picking the right plan and getting their service officially activated.
- Build Relationships: You won’t just close a deal; you’ll help account setups and billing reviews to ensure every customer feels supported and happy with their choice.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: We’ll keep you in the loop on the latest tech, promotions, and competitive deals so you’re always the most helpful person in the room.
