Overview
We are a multi-location, growth-oriented private dental group in Denver focused on building a concierge-style experience for our patient family. Our model is built around relationship-based care, elevated customer service, detailed patient communication, comprehensive treatment planning, a fully developed clinical suite, and a high-touch top level clinical performance from our doctors and teams.
I am seeking a motivated clinician dedicated to Colorado who is looking for a career move in a private largely fee-for-service group with over 1300 Membership clients across our locations performing most procedures in-house and using technology of the highest caliber. The eventual goal is to find my personal replacement as the lead clinical doctor in a group I have acquired, redesigned and restructured, and spent days/nights/weekends for years developing relationships with patients that wait weeks for me to manage their care. My role will then shift into a clinical supporting position and most of my time spent in management of the company.
Our ideal candidate is 1+ years out of residency with a developed clinical suite and willingness to work and learn beside a senior operator and long-standing team. As a team we will help you gain the knowledge and skill required to operate a private dental business and lead the business forward.
The position will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week moving to 2 Fridays per month once booked out approximately 4 weeks. 2-4 days per month, and whenever cover opportunities arise, you will rotate to one or more of our offices.
We can provide 15-20 new patients per month and 10-20 hygiene checks per day depending on the location. Some hygiene management will be required as you build your schedule. Membership clients, in comparison to in-network PPO clients, generate 35-45% more revenue per procedure which is why this position is of extremely high value after a period of integration.
In This Position You Will
· Work alongside an experienced owner/operator learning both clinical and business both during working hours and on evenings/weekends to build your confidence both clinically and with business systems.
· Work primarily in a modern newly finished 6-op space with a view of the mountains in a highly desirable location by Swedish hospital in Englewood.
· Develop exceptional patient communication, comprehensive treatment planning and case presentation skills, and build confidence across the full range of general dentistry including many specialty procedures.
· Understand how to create a high-trust, concierge-style patient experience.
· Develop toward becoming a high-producing senior-level clinician leading a dedicated team in a private office.
· See first-hand how systemization, training and an efficient operating system, and a fully developed marketing platform all intertwine to allow private offices to exist in a world where corporate entities are taking ownership off the table.
What Makes This Opportunity Different
· Direct mentorship from the owner, with real feedback and clinical/business development.
· Structured growth path toward running an office for us, not simply filling an associate schedule.
· Exposure to a concierge-style care model focused on relationship, trust, experience, and long-term patient value.
· Opportunity to learn the business side of dentistry, including patient flow, treatment acceptance, team training and communication, systemization, and office leadership.
· Multiple offices and varied patient exposure. Rotation is part of the training model and allows the associate to learn different teams, patient demographics, and clinical rhythms.
Final Thoughts and Requirements
The opportunity is significant but requires considerable effort. The right doctor must be willing to do the work required to become clinically capable, emotionally steady, communicative, and trustworthy in the eyes of patients and team members. To succeed in this role and eventually be our long-term selection you must:
· Show up prepared, engaged, and coachable.
· Be willing to receive direct feedback and improve quickly.
· Take ownership of clinical development and invest in your own clinical growth. Self-directed study outside of chairside hours to build knowledge and confidence will be expected.
· Understand that concierge dentistry is not only about clinical work. This practice model is heavily focused on communication, listening skills, service, pace, tone, follow-through, and building trust. Those that make it in this style of practice eventually build a significant word-of-mouth referral network in addition to the marketing efforts in place by the company.
Schedule, Office Structure, and Requirements

· Interested in leadership and the business of dentistry.
