As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering engaging ABA therapy that builds communication, independence, and social skills.

What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children

Implement behavior plans created by a BCBA
-
Collect session data & maintain documentation
-
Build positive relationships with clients & families
-
Collaborate with supervisors and teammates
Requirements:
-
Active RBT certification (BACB)
-
Active Nevada ABA registration (or soon to be active)
-
Passion for working with children
-
Reliable transportation
-
Strong communication & teamwork skills
-
Ability to pass background screening
