Position Overview: As an Aircraft Components Overhaul and Repair Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company to clients in the aviation industry. Your mission? To promote our overhaul and repair services, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales. If you’re a self-motivated go-getter with aviation technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, this role is tailor-made for you.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify potential clients (aircraft maintenance centers, aircraft parts distributors and parts brokers, original equipment manufacturers) who require aircraft component overhaul and repair services.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand our client base.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
- Consultative Selling:
- Understand clients’ specific needs and challenges.
- Provide technical expertise on aircraft components, Example; Pneumatics, Hydraulics and Actuation, emphasizing our repair capabilities.
- Collaborate with our technical team to tailor solutions for each client.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Be responsive to client inquiries and provide timely updates on service progress.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales Process Management:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
- Coordinate with our operations team to schedule repairs and overhauls.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Use market insights to refine our sales strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferred and or minimum of 5 years of Aviation MRO Sales, or a related aviation maintenance field background (preferred).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in aviation or aerospace.
- Technical understanding of aircraft systems and components.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Willingness to travel (domestically and occasionally internationally).
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
