Construction Assistant Project Manager Requirements:

2 Years of Any Type of Field Construction or Trades Experience OR 2 Year Trade School Degree or College Degree Related to Construction required
Basic Knowledge of Construction Methods, Terms, Etc required
Experience with Microsoft Project and Scheduling Software Experience required
Able to maintain Professional Appearance required (Some Client Facing work and Communicating w/ Field Teams)
High End Residential New Construction (Luxury Custom Waterfront Homes, Estates, etc.) experience preferred

Construction Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:

This role involves assisting with the construction of multi-million-dollar luxury homes while supporting the Site Superintendent and Project Managers with daily job site operations
Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, communicating with laborers, vendors, clients, and homeowners, assisting with scheduling and material deliveries, etc.
Additional duties include occasionally helping with basic hands-on construction tasks, monitoring job site progress, performing quality checks, documenting project activities, and helping keep projects on schedule
Work primarily includes luxury custom homes, waterfront residences, mountain homes, estate homes, and other high-end residential new construction projects from foundation through final completion
