As a Medical Assistant at ABC Pediatrics PA, you’ll play a key role in supporting our healthcare team and ensuring a positive experience for our young patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Taking and recording vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant patient information.
- Preparing exam rooms and ensuring a clean, organized environment.
- Administering basic medical tasks as directed by the provider.
- Communicating effectively with patients, parents, and team members to provide excellent care.
- Managing medical supplies and ensuring proper inventory levels.
- Handling other duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the practice.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications and skills:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar healthcare role.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: A friendly and patient-focused demeanor, with a commitment to providing compassionate care.
