Responsibilities
- Clean interior and exterior windows of residential and commercial buildings to a high standard.
- Use appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect windows for dirt, smudges, and damage before and after cleaning.
- Reach and clean windows at various heights using ladders and other equipment securely.
- Ensure all cleaning tools and materials are maintained and stored properly after use.
- Communicate courteously with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
- Report any issues such as broken windows or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work at heights safely using ladders and other equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients politely.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, climbing, and lifting.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends if needed.
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines and company procedures.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
