Full time opportunity with plenty of room for growth. K&D is looking for a Skilled Maintenance Director, with previous experience, to oversee Maintenance for a Commercial Building. Leadership and computer skills are required.
Candidates must have previous experience in a commercial maintenance setting including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and routine maintenance.
In addition, candidate must be computer literate and have outstanding organizational skills and communication skills. Candidates without previous, relevant & required, experience will not be considered.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
