POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a passionate Budtender to join our growing GOLDFLOWER team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service to our patients while maintaining the ability to sell and upsell patients’ products in a positive and professional manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Patient Service & Sales
- Greets patients and delivers exceptional customer service. Answers patient questions and concerns and builds a loyal customer base.
- Assists patients in selecting the best product for their needs by responding to customer interactions throughout the sales cycle while avoiding medical claims outside permitted scope.
- Uses sales cycle to offer consistent customer experience and upsell (RECOLA – RevenueExperience-Compliance-Ownership-Leadership-Accountability).
- Handles cash, debit transactions, and patient allotments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Completes sales transactions quickly and efficiently while providing five-star customer service with every transaction.
Compliance & Documentation
- Adheres to all Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) regulations and company compliance policies.
Store Operations
- Maintains a clean, organized, and professional sales floor and work area. Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, dusting, disposing of trash, and organizing displays.
Workplace Conduct & Team Collaboration
- Maintains a professional demeanor in all patient and coworker interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Must be at least 21 years old, and able to pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement Level 2 Background Screening
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dispensary experience
- One to two years demonstrated work experience in customer service and/or sales, in a fast-paced, demanding retail environment.
- Experience using a point of sales system.
- Proven cash-handling skills
Preferred:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including extended days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Ability to cultivate long-term customer relationships
- Ability to deal with problems and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
