We are a Property Management Firm looking to hire Lifeguards for the summer season.
Our condominium communities are located in Haverhill and North Andover.
The pools open on Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend 9/07/26. Candidates must be able to commit to being available for shifts starting Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Responsibilities:
Monitor activities in swimming areas to prevent, recognize and manage accidents in and around the swimming pool. Respond to emergency situations. Maintain pool facility including water quality pool area cleanliness. Maintain order in the pool area to ensure a positive experience for patrons.
Qualified applicants will possess:
- Valid American Red Cross or YMCA Lifeguarding/First Aid certification to include CPR-AED for Lifeguards & Deep Water Certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A history of reliability
- A positive attitude
- Able to work with a diverse population
- Must be dependable and punctual
