The Learning Academy (TLA) in Jupiter, FL is looking for a great SLP to provide speech and language services at a charter school for students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Housed on the state-of-the-art Els Center for Excellence campus, TLA is at the forefront of education and therapeutic services for individuals on the autism spectrum.
SLP duties within The Learning Academy include:

push-in and pull-out therapies

development of individualized communication and language goals

training and coaching team members in communication facilitation strategies

conducting assessments and tracking student progress

leading instruction in social skills and pragmatics

developing individualized communication supports (including AAC)

contributing to the mission of the school to create an excellent educational experience for students on the autism spectrum
