Staycation Fiberglass Pools is growing and looking for experienced Concrete Form Setters and Finishers to join our team. We specialize in high-end residential pool projects, patios, pool decks, walkways, driveways, and decorative concrete throughout the San Antonio area.
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in quality workmanship. Candidates with experience in both forming and finishing are highly preferred, but we are willing to hire strong specialists in either area.
What You'll Do
- Set and build concrete forms for pool decks, patios, walkways, driveways, and flatwork projects
- Measure, layout, and prepare job sites for concrete placement
- Install rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcement materials
- Pour, rake, screed, float, edge, broom, and trowel concrete surfaces
- Cut control joints and complete final finishing work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work closely with project managers and crew leaders
- Follow company safety standards and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of concrete experience preferred
- Experience with concrete form setting, framing, and/or finishing
- Ability to work outdoors in South Texas weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Team player with a positive attitude

- Residential concrete construction
- Pool decks and pool-related concrete work
- Decorative concrete and stamped concrete
- Driveways, sidewalks, patios, and flatwork
- Crew lead or foreman experience
- Ability to read plans and layouts

Compensation
$20-$35 per hour depending on experience, skill level, and ability to perform both form setting and finishing duties.
