Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in both English and Spanish
- Build relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits
- Respond promptly to internet, phone, and showroom leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer follow-up
- Complete sales documentation and coordinate vehicle deliveries
- Generate repeat and referral business through outstanding customer service
- Stay current on Ford products, financing options, and dealership promotions
- Attend sales meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of automotive sales experience preferred
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Excellent communication, customer service, and closing skills
- Professional, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Basic computer and CRM experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be at least 21 years of age
