Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, overseeing front desk activities, managing guest accounts, and ensuring the safety and security of the property. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help maintain our hotel’s reputation for outstanding service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures during overnight hours
- Manage guest accounts, process payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions using hotel management systems such as OPERA
- Monitor security cameras, conduct routine safety inspections, and respond promptly to any emergency situations or guest concerns
- Handle all incoming calls with professionalism, utilizing multi-line phone systems and maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including audit summaries, incident logs, and guest feedback documentation
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests or facility issues efficiently
- Uphold hotel policies on guest privacy, safety procedures, and emergency protocols to ensure a secure environment for all visitors and staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort experience
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software such as OPERA or similar systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel emergency procedures, and guest relations best practices
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment is preferred
