Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.
As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and profitability while providing exceptional customer service and fostering relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as the organization’s representative in all activities connected with the sales of new and used vehicles and related products and services to our customers
- Ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client relationships and contributing to the dealership’s sales targets
- Follow up with prospective customers and return calls, texts & emails.
- Place a number of outbound phone calls, texts, and internet leads meeting the goals given by your manager
- Assist in ensuring that all manufacturer/supplier programs, warranties, etc. are followed and that required records are kept
- Use and keep up to date accurate records, files, forms, etc
Job Requirements:
- This candidate needs to be available for work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record, or, minimal violations, and the ability to pass a background check
- Requires frequent reaching, bending, repetitive hand movements, twisting, standing, walking, sitting, squatting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout a regular work shift
