What We Offer
- Paid Training: $15.00 per hour
- Full Commission after successful completion of training

- Commissioned Sales Associates typically earn $32,000–$60,000 per year in commissions

What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting appliances, furniture, bedding, and mattresses that best fit their needs and budget.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from greeting through delivery.
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
- Learn product features, financing options, and current promotions.
- Maintain showroom presentation and merchandise displays.
- Work closely with management and fellow team members to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude with a desire to succeed
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Customer service or retail experience preferred, but not required
- We are willing to train the right candidate
- Basic computer skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
Compensation
Training Pay
- $15.00 per hour during training
After Training
- Full commission compensation
- Typical commissions range from $32,000 to $60,000 annually
- Top-performing Sales Associates earn substantially more. Your income is based on your performance, and your earning potential is unlimited.
