This is a field-based sales role supporting homeowners throughout the Colorado Front Range.
- Meet with homeowners to assess storm-related roof damage
- Provide clear inspections and documentation
- Guide clients through insurance and retail replacement processes
- Maintain proactive communication from first meeting through project completion

EARNINGS AND GROWTH
Compensation is performance-based with uncapped commission and a monthly draw to provide stability while you build your pipeline.
New Reps: $5,000–$8,000 per month during ramp-up
Year 1 Expected Range: $85,000–$200,000+
Established Producers: $200,000+
Leadership Tracks: Team leadership, market oversight, and future profit-sharing
