At SWAT Environmental, we install “Radon Mitigation Systems” to protect homes and businesses across the nation from the harmful effects of Radon, which is a naturally occurring, radioactive gas that escapes when uranium in the soil decays and can become concentrated in a home, seeping through cracks and openings in the foundation (basements).
The Warehouse Associate at Wholesale Radon Distributors (WRD) helps with various tasks to maintain the day-to-day warehouse operations. The individual in this role assists the Warehouse Manager as the main point of contact by phone, email, and face-to-face customer relations. Successful candidates will be dependable, have a great attitude, and demonstrate an excellent work ethic.

Essential Duties:
-
Receive inbound calls from customers to take orders, answer technical and general questions relating to WRD products.

Accurately pick orders and assemble products from storage racks and bins per customer specifications for shipment.

Report inventory issues, backorders, and order discrepancies.

Route outbound shipments with various carriers.

Understand customer needs to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.

Receive incoming shipments, review for accuracy, and report discrepancies.
-
Maintain an organized, clean and safe work environment.

Assist with marketing WRDs products to new and prospective clients.
-
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
-
1+ year experience working in a warehouse environment and/ or customer service background
-
Excellent customer service communication skills
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel & Teams

Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and QuickBooks a plus
-
Experience with webpage development and Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
-
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Physical Demands:
-
Ability to regularly lift and/or carry up to 25Ibs. and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 70Ibs.

Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb (ladder), turn around, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch and bend at the knees

Ability to use computer and keyboard

Operate hydraulic pallet jack
Work Schedule:
-
Full-time (40 hours/week) – Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid meal break.
