Earn While You Learn
Your first two weeks are paid training.
During training, you'll learn our proven system while earning up to $1,000 by scheduling completed roof inspections.
After training, you'll move into our performance-based compensation program with weekly bonuses and opportunities for even higher earnings.
Many of our top Roofing Advisors started in this exact position and have gone on to build six-figure careers.
What You'll Do
This is a simple job with one clear goal.
You'll walk neighborhoods introducing homeowners to 1st Priority Roofing and offering a FREE roof inspection after recent storms.
That's it.
You won't climb roofs.
You won't inspect roofs.
You won't pressure homeowners.
You won't close sales.
Your job is simply to start conversations and schedule inspections.
Our experienced Roofing Advisors take care of everything after that.
