Gather on Maui is hiring Line Cooks to support AM (lunch & happy hour) and PM (dinner) service. This position is ideal for cooks who value consistency, strong systems, and a professional kitchen environment.
We focus on elevated, locally inspired cuisine with clean execution in a fast-paced but organized kitchen.

What You’ll Do
- Execute line cooking and prep for assigned service periods (AM or PM)
- Work stations including sauté, grill, and cold line as assigned
- Maintain speed, consistency, and quality during service
- Follow recipes, prep lists, and plating standards
- Keep your station clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Communicate and work closely with chefs and BOH team
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For
- Line cook experience in a professional kitchen (prep cooks with strong skills encouraged to apply)
- Grill experience preferred
- Strong knife skills and solid cooking fundamentals
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Availability for AM and/or PM shifts
- Weekend availability required
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
- 3% of total restaurant sales shared through the tip pool
- Consistent scheduling (AM and PM options available)

- $28 would be total with starting rate + 3% pool.
