Job Duties:
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of 20+ production associates to achieve daily safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily manufacturing operations to ensure on-time production and customer delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles, Kaizen events, and standard work practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety (EHS), ISO quality standards, and company operating procedures while maintaining operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, improve operational efficiency, and support employee training and development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, or warehouse management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to supervise and develop production teams.
- Experience with continuous improvement, production planning, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing/warehouse systems, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and frequently lift up to 25 lbs. (occasionally up to 60 lbs. with assistance).
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and other industrial equipment while working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, temperature changes, and moving machinery.
- 5 years of experience leading and supervising production or operations teams in a manufacturing environment.
- 5 years of experience with Lean Manufacturing, safety (EHS), and quality standards (ISO/SOPs).
Schedule:
Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
