We are seeking a full-time, on-site Project Manager to join our team in Washington, Iowa.
This role is responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish — including planning, budgeting, coordination, and execution. The Project Manager ensures that each project is delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Greiner’s quality standards.
Day-to-day, this position involves project planning, cost and resource management, progress monitoring, reporting, and maintaining communication between clients, field crews, accounting, and management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Plan, organize, and oversee multiple construction projects from design to completion

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, estimators, and field crews to ensure alignment and progress

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and performance reports

Collaborate closely with the Accounting Department for job costing, invoicing, and change orders

Perform on-site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance

Proactively identify and resolve project issues to minimize delays and cost overruns

Communicate updates and key milestones to internal stakeholders and clients

Proficiency in Project Management and Program Management

Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software

Ability to work on-site in Washington, IA

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
