- Requires a B.S. or B.A. degree in rehabilitation, human services, psychology, or related field
- Responsible for the direct and daily supervision of all Service Coordination staff as assigned.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must be able to write individual program and behavioral objectives.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job as identified in the job analysis.
- Must believe in the value of and demonstrate the principle of habilitation/rehabilitation
- Demonstrate belief in the mission of the agency
- Review documentation as necessary.
- Assist Program Director in completing performance reviews of assigned staff.
- Valid driver's license required.
HIRING BONUS:
- $500 at 6 months, additional $500 at 12 months
