Job Summary
We are seeking a Salon Coordinator to join our team. The role is all about keeping things running smoothly: ensuring a great client experience, supporting staff, and helping behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and above all reliable.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to fill in at salon locations in Larkspur 94939 and Berkeley 94710.
- Must work full-time schedule Wednesday-Sunday, 10am-6pm.
- Act as a key-holder for the store
- Oversee daily operations and provide support to team members
- Welcome clients and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate appointment scheduling in person and via phone and email
- Handle general administrative tasks and assist with inventory
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience as a store key-holder
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent in person and email etiquette
- Friendly, professional communication style
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy environment
- Previous coordination, office, or retail/hospitality experience preferred
- Comfort with scheduling systems and basic computer tools
