Job Description
Gorilla Fireworks, a leading firework retailer in the Mid-Atlantic region, is seeking firework stand staff members to work the retail sale of state approved fireworks in numerous locations throughout Northern Virginia (Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Prince William County, Stafford County). Employees will work as a member of a team from approximately July 2nd through July 4th.
Pay:
Firework stand team members are paid on a daily rate ranging from $200-$225 per day based your start date and hours.
Requirements:
* Must work on the 4th of July.
* Must be willing to work outdoors during the hot month of July.
* Must be responsible, reliable and punctual.
* Must be able to fill out a W-2 and pass a detailed background check.
* Must be 18 years or older.
* Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
* Must be able to pass background check.
* Teamwork: The ability to communicate effectively with other staff members to work as a cohesive team.
Responsibilities:
* Setting up your stand with good presentation.
* Help bag customer sales.
* Stocking our inventory as needed.
Customer Service:
You are expected to provide excellent customer service. This includes greeting each customer as they arrive and providing any recommendations in their selection of our fireworks.
