Lucid Living Co. is a handmade bath and body brand based in Pennington, NJ. We have been producing and shipping high-quality products to customers across the country since 2016.
We are a small, focused team and we hold a high standard for everything that leaves our facility. We are looking for someone who shares that standard, a person who takes accuracy seriously, works well independently, and takes pride in doing repetitive work the right way.
This position is for a part-time Order Packing and Production Assistant. Day to day you will rotate across making products, labeling, prepping, and packing orders depending on what is needed throughout the week.
What You'll Be Doing
- Following set procedures to produce and prepare handmade products
- Keeping a steady pace through your shift with minimal supervision
- Making sure every order that leaves is accurate and looks the way it should
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout the day
- Keeping an eye on supplies and flagging anything that needs restocking
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable working independently in a calm, structured environment
- Detail oriented with a habit of doing things right the first time
- Dependable with a consistent track record of showing up on time and following through
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Schedule
- Approximately 15 hours per week (3 days × 5 hours)
- Days are flexible with consistent availability preferred
- Additional hours available during the winter/holiday season
