We are a fast-growing company specializing in kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, and stone products, serving home builders, contractors, and construction professionals throughout the region. We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our sales team and oversee daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Representatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business with builders and contractors.
- Manage the sales team and monitor sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and commercial customers.
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory, and daily workflow.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with ownership to achieve company goals.
- Develop policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales and delivery process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a related industry.
- Experience managing sales teams, warehouse operations, and logistics.
- Proven experience recruiting, training, and leading employees.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with builders, contractors, or the construction industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in the cabinet, stone, flooring, building materials, or home improvement industry is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
