Job Summary
We are seeking an Industrial Controls Technician / Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity with a stable, long-standing food manufacturing organization in the Kent/Auburn, WA area. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting production equipment, working with industrial automation, and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
- Install new equipment and support plant improvement and upgrade projects.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, prints, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot industrial automation, electrical controls, and three-phase power systems.
- Assist with general facility maintenance and support production needs as required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Direct hire, full-time.
- Location: Kent/Auburn, WA area.
- Schedule: Facility operates 24 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work any shift.
