This role is a great fit for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. While experience is valuable, we are open to training the right person who shows strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to grow.

What you will be doing:
Operate CNC router and edge bander to machine and finish cabinet parts (training provided)
- Learn to read and interpret cabinet shop drawings and production plans
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for quality and accuracy
- Sort, label, and stage components to maintain an organized workflow
- Assist with cabinet assembly and final fit to ensure quality standards are met
- Support efficient production flow and maintain organized material inventory
- Accurately track daily production and communicate with the Shop Lead
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support cabinet assembly, deliveries, and other shop or production needs as required
What we're looking for:
- Mechanically inclined with an interest in working with tools, machines, and materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to read and interpret cabinet shop drawings or a desire to learn
- Experience operating CNC, edge banding, or woodworking equipment is a plus, not required
- Comfortable using hand tools, shop equipment, and performing basic troubleshooting
- Organized and dependable with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on track
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Comfortable using computers and learning production software
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus
- Positive attitude, reliable, and committed to being a strong team member
- Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed to support production schedules
