We are working with a leading MEP contractor in the Dallas market delivering large-scale data center and commercial mechanical projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project delivery across high-value builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mechanical project delivery from preconstruction through to commissioning
- Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Work closely with site teams to drive progress and resolve issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within MEP or mechanical construction
- Strong background in data centers, mission-critical, or large commercial projects
- Solid understanding of HVAC, piping, plumbing and mechanical systems
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Strong commercial and client-facing skills
