Franklin General Hospital is seeking a positive, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong critical thinking skills to join our Med/Surg/ED team. This position offers the opportunity to care for a variety of patients, including hospice, skilled, medical, and emergency patients, while working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Provide personalized nursing care to Med/Surg, ED, hospice, and skilled patients

Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care

Participate in process improvement initiatives and support innovation

Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork across all shifts and patient needs

Serve in a leadership role frequently, including charge nurse responsibilities

Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license required

Must have a minimum of a year's experience working in an ED

Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills
