Traveling Event Photo & Sales Specialist (Contract / Event-Based | In-Person | Nationwide Travel)
Compensation (Fast + Simple)
Guaranteed Minimum Pay: $375 (Full Event) You’ll earn a $375 minimum as long as you work the entire event you’re scheduled for and attend all assigned days. Leaving early or missing scheduled days may result in reduced pay and/or termination.
Commission: 20% of every sale you make How it works:
- Your first $375 in commission counts as your base pay.
- You do NOT earn additional commission until you pass $375 in commission. Example: If you earn $500 in commission, you get $375 base pay + $125.
The Experience + The Role
Picture Pros Photography is hiring Traveling Event Photo & Sales Specialist to work high-energy youth sports tournaments and live events nationwide. If you love fast-paced weekends, talking to people, and being part of a traveling crew—this is for you.
Travel required: You’ll travel to locations around the country and stay with a team of photographers in a hotel (fully covered). A rental vehicle is provided, and mileage reimbursement is included. If you are in an area local to where you live you do not need to stay in the hotel.
Team photos ONLY — no action/gameplay photography needed.
The real mission: capture clean team images and convert them into sales with parents on-site.
This is a commission-based role where you will:
- Organize and photograph full teams fast
- Provide proof copies to assigned teams
- Approach parents confidently
- Explain packages + pricing
- Turn interactions into completed sales
- Track your performance and represent Picture Pros professionally
Your earnings are directly tied to your ability to engage families and drive revenue.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) — This Role Is Performance-Based
To meet Picture Pros expectations, you must:
- Deliver 40–60 high-quality usable team images per rotation (Sharp focus, strong composition, proper exposure, clean framing.)
- Hit required targets for photo scans and sales conversions (Specific standards provided during onboarding.)
If KPI requirements and company standards aren’t met after training and coaching, you may be released from the team. We operate with accountability—and we reward performance.

- Distribute proof copies to assigned teams
- Engage parents directly and confidently

Requirements
You should have:
- Strong confidence directing groups and leading teams
- Even stronger confidence in sales + customer interaction
- A DSLR or mirrorless camera
- Comfort working in a commission-based structure
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/work for extended periods
- Reliability and punctuality
- A competitive, results-driven mindset
- Comfort traveling nationwide and staying with the team in a hotel
