*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children. We believe in play-based curriculum along with teacher guided academic instruction in small group settings to help build creativity and resilience.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning experience
- Monitor and assess student progress to adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with parents and staff to support the holistic development of each child
*Qualifications*
- Experience working with preschool-aged students
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Understanding of Montessori or other educational philosophies is a plus
- Strong classroom management skills
-Must be able to communicate effectively with parents, co-teachers and management
